I studied ceramics at art school in the 60's and from 1976-87 I owned and ran The Hop Kilns Pottery in Farnham producing a wide range of high fired domestic stoneware.
Though clay is the most basic and simple of natural materials, the variety of possible form and appearance in the finished product is limited only by the designer's imagination.
Recently I set up a new studio and continue to perfect the right clay and glaze combinations to create the shapes and finishes I now wish to produce.
