Annual Exhibition Entries and Stewarding Rota

As previously advised we are pleased to officially announce our ANNUAL EXHIBITION which is to be held again this year at the Medici Gallery, Weydon school in Farnham, open to the public from SUNDAY 20th - 27th of July 2025 inclusive.

We are also honoured and pleased to announce that our Patron Mandy Shepherd has kindly agreed to present the awards and prizes at the Preview evening which will be held on SATURDAY 19th of July 2025 from 5.00pm-7.30pm.

 This year, as well as the usual many awards and prizes, we have a top prize of £250 for the best in show for both categories for 2D and 3D entries, which will be awarded by a panel of judges.

Please find below the ENTRY FORM which you MUST bring with you with your ARTWORK and CORRECT ENTRY FEE on HANDING IN DAY FRIDAY 18TH JULY  5.00pm-6.30pm at THE MEDICI GALLERY, Weydon School, Weydon Lane,Farnham GU9 8UG.

Please complete ALL Sections including the Rota and Help Questionnaire.

We ask that you tick two times when you are available to steward on the Rota (Condition of Entry). However we recognise that not all entrants are able to help due to various reasons such as health, accessibility etc but would be obliged if you would kindly let us know before completing the entry form.

WHAT TO DO AND WHEN?

1)   Complete the ROTA/HELP FORM: Return completed form to FAS  by Monday 30th June 2025 as advised on the form.

2)  After reading the conditions and rules of entry (attached) complete the entry form and bring with you on handing in day - Friday 18th of July 5.00pm- 6.30pm @ Medici Gallery, Weydon School, Farnham GU9 8UG together with your artwork and correct entry fee.
